How to Change Aadhaar Address Online

1.Go to Aadhaar Self Service update portal

To change Aadhaar Address, first you have to go to the link given below, as soon as you click on the link given below, you come to the Aadhaar Self Service Update Portal.

In Aadhaar Self Service update portal, you have to click on Proceed to update aadhaar.

2.Login Your AadhAar.

After clicking on Proceed to update aadhaar, in the section of Update aadhaar online in front of you, you have to enter the aadhar number and given captcha code.

After entering the Aadhaar Number and Captcha code, click on Send OTP given below, after that an OTP message comes on the mobile number registered with your Aadhar card, which you have to login by entering the Inter OTP

3.Update AAdHAAR Demographic Data

After Successfully Login Your Aadhar Card You Get the Section of Update AADHAAR Demographic Data.

Click on Update Demographic Data as mentioned in the image above.

4.Select Any AADHAAR Update data

Here you have to select whatever you want to update like Language, Name, Date of birth and Address.

If you only want to change the address, then select the address option and click on Next

5.Confirm Update/Changes policy

Next, you will be told the privacy policy for updating Aadhaar card as you can see in the image below.

You have to click on the check box, after that click on the proceed button.

6.Enter your AADHAAR Address Details

Here you enter your address which should be absolutely correct. On entering the address detail in English or automatically it gets converted into Hindi.

7.Upload Address Documents

After entering the address, next you have to upload the document. Whatever document is valid to update the address, you upload it here.

Note: The size of uploading document should be maximum 2MB and its format should be JPEG or PNG.

8.Preview the AADHAAR Address update details

You can review and see whichever address you have updated.

9.Confirm AadhaAr via OTP

Now to update the next address, once again verify through OTP. First of all, you have to verify the captcha above and click on send OTP.

Hi OTP has to be entered on the Aadhar Registered Mobile Number.

10.Make payment

After verification by OTP, now you get the option of Make Payment, for that you have to click on the option of Make Payment.

11.Choose Payment method for AADHAAR UPDATE

UIDAI charges ₹50 for any type of update in Aadhaar, which you have to pay.

You can use Credit and Debit card or Net banking to make payment.

12.Download AADHAaR Acknowledgment Slip

After the Aadhaar address change and payment, you are given the transaction ID in the payment receipt, below that you get the Download Aadhaar Acknowledgment Slip. You have to download it, in which you get the SRN number, through which you can see the status of online AadhAar address change.
